What I really appreciated was the email confirming the appointment with the name and picture of the sales consultant. Also, the Sales consultant called ahead with the estimated time of arrival. Confirmation of the cost of installation in writing was deeply appreciated. All transactions were electronic, however, it would be good after installing to have a final copy in writing for files.

Matt and Riley were the installers and they did an excellent job. Explained well what they would be doing and answered our questions. At the conclusion they explained the extra things they had done and also provided information verbally about proper maintenance of our new gutter cover.

We were very impressed with both Mike Rowland and the installer (whose name I can't remember - -sorry).  They were both super friendly, as well as knowledgeable. The covers look amazing. Can't wait for it to rain!!
