What I really appreciated was the email confirming the appointment with the name and picture of the sales consultant. Also, the Sales consultant called ahead with the estimated time of arrival. Confirmation of the cost of installation in writing was deeply appreciated. All transactions were electronic, however, it would be good after installing to have a final copy in writing for files.
