What I really appreciated was the email confirming the appointment with the name and picture of the sales consultant. Also, the Sales consultant called ahead with the estimated time of arrival. Confirmation of the cost of installation in writing was deeply appreciated. All transactions were electronic, however, it would be good after installing to have a final copy in writing for files.

Our salesperson, Craig was extremely courteous and personable. Good follow-up; made sure that he explained the product, warranty thoroughly. Matt did a great job answering any questions I had during installation. He seems to be a great guy to work with and an asset to your company.

Excellent experience through the experience rep to office staff to installers. Good product and am looking forward to using it; I recommend this company to my acquaintances.
